If you're looking for that sound I would recommend CLAS from http://www.refined-audiometrics.com .
It's a free plug and I use it when I'm after than sheen you describe.
Personally I mix to a normal high standard, get it sounding great first and then insert CLAS into the master bus. I find the default setting is too much so lower the controls down to about 4.
See how that does you.
