Hi Hans
I said this:

If there is a charge for existing Eve One users, it will be because of the extra content we add, or perhaps we may have a free engine only update..... we'll see. We are working out the final details now.

I know Eve One had a couple bugs that needed fixing and I have the coder doing that now. I expect then that we will be giving all you existing users the updated engine / new Dll for free.
Once we determine the final sample contents, we will have an option with a small charge for existing users to get the new content if they want it.

This is what i expect to happen at this point. Stay tuned for official announcement.

(sorry, I have to...)

...but but but what if I own both ManyGuitar and EVE One? :P I'm looking forward to this, I wcan't get enough of samples, even though I hardly use even now 10% of what I have :)
A guy with serious GAS and lots of unused VSTs. But if I someday need them...

I personally would like to request an engine only cross grade path to Many one or Manyguitar. I purchased Eve one for use with UBK and have been really happy with the combination with the exception of a couple of bugs that I assumed would be addressed by Dash.
Your decision to offer Synth sounds with Many one is understandable but as I have Manystation and Eve I have to ask myself if I really need another Synth, I'm pretty sure I have sounds I've never even listened to on my HD. Not that your stuff wont be good.
Regardless of the above, best of luck with the new venture. I'm pleased to see one of my favorite tools in the hands of a favorite vendor. This is sure to be a good combination however it works out. :)
Hi MRT
Thanks for the post.

ManyOne is geared towards an inexpensive High Quality Sample Player that features Real Hardware vintage sampled sounds.
So our decision to include some more synths is only natural for this product. Basically it is a way for folks who do not own ManyStation, to be able to get into our Samples and Players for a very reasonable price. The CPU usage will be Tiny on ManyOne as it is on ManyGuitar. This is a huge feature as even with all FX on you will see hardly any CPU usage. Also for ManyStation or ManyGuitar users it will be another tool to have at your ready if needed. They all have have different sounds and presets etc. so i am sure a user can find a purpose for all products if they so wish.

Both ManyGuitar and ManyOne will be different in what they can do and the samples included, so they will be products that do not really overlap.

We may do what you ask ....which is perhaps have a crossgrade price to ManyGuitar from ManyOne. But not sure yet if we would do that engine only. We'll think about this a bit more.

Thanks again guys
Paul
BTW Dotnoir ....don't worry .... all will be good!

I am sure of it :) Usually anything I say is better to be taken not so seriously :)

Hi Cabinfever

"farfromit"

But it is being worked on as we speak, as well as some new vintage soundsets to go with it.

;-)
I will post as soon as we can with more info, but there is lots on the go here. All projects are divided up a bit between a few Manytone helpers / partners, so things should move quick... You'll start seeing a few bits of news from us over the next while, concerning all the projects and products we are working on. (not just the ManyOne project)

Thanks for the push though, it does help!! ;-)

Don't bug Paul with a screenshot. He hasn't one because I'm not finished.

And if you know how picky this man is, you might realize it will take some time before I'm done
