I need something to map out samples a la Fruity Loops, but I need it to be uh, free, and compatible with Mac.
Do you guys know whether or not this available?
PS I'm new here, hi!

Also have a look at LUNA Free, http://www.mutools.com/products.html
LUNA is a free host running on OSX and Windows, and it supports VST plugins.
Then if you plug in a free vst sampler like "Sample Looper" (as suggested above), you could get what you want

So if I download LUNA, and Crossfade Loop Synth, I can run the latter into the former as a plug-in? Could I use Pro Tools for the host instead?

trackers are traditionally sample based and are very powerful if you happen to know how to use them or are willing to learn. for example, http://www.milkytracker.net/ is totally free, http://www.renoise.com/ costs a bit but a free tryout version with some limitations is available.
never stop loving music.

I downloaded Twerk's CamelToe, because it looked like what I'm looking for. However, I have no idea how to use this thing. Does anyone have experience with it that could give me a few pointers on how to get started? That would be fantastical.
