The MIDI Drum Grid is the selling point for me. Finally I can compsose midi and audio in Acid without headaches. My next project will be composed and tracked entirely in AP6.

I've used Acid since vs. 1 and skipped vs. 4. For me, the addition of sections drew me in. Before that is was way to much trouble to arrange and rearrange a song in Acid.

If the Oxford Plugs could be ported for it, I would consider upgrading from V4.
