been showing the 3 films this week on TV, and i notice a few good vox samples in the second one, poss 3rd one.

anyone know any sites that have these two sampled? first one is easy, and and used to death, but i cant seem to locate any sites that have the other two....

there was a few more, but cant rememebr off hand

i would prob recognise them if i saw them listed on a site like they normally are....i really thought these would have been heavily sampled, but it appears not...

If you ever make a hit record with Martix dialog samples in it, you'll probably have to give a truck load of money to the Wachowski brothers (see what happens with the Fun Loving Criminals who tought it was cewl to use samples from Reservior Dogs and Pulp Fiction), but than again, if you have a hit, you'll have the money

That "it's these machines" bit, that conversation is one of the highlights in the movie, at least to me. The bit where they go

Neo: So we need machines and they need us, is that your point, Councillor?
Councillor Harmann: No. No point. Old men like me don't bother with making points. There's no point.
Neo: Is that why there are no young men on the council?
Councillor Harmann: Good point.

(and for us Matrix nerds, there's a whole other level to this bit, besides the obvious "we need machines, machines need us" stuff)

I'll do the sampling in the weekend and will get back to you.

Btw, perhaps pointing out the obvious, but googling for Matrix quotes brings up a lot of fan sites with about every single line from the movies quoted. Way better than for example IMDB's Quote page - dunno the criteria for IMDB but somehow it's always the least relevant and least funny quotes they have there.
