I tried looking at the information on the Steinberg site but it was not clear. It mentions these three features.
Audio/Tempo analysis and Audio/Groove analysis
Slice & Stretch for audio loops, automatic tempo matching
Audio Warp (Realtime Timestretching + PitchShifting)
None of this makes it clear if I can drop an Acid loop into Cubase SX3 and have it automatically match the key to my song as I can in Sonar.
How does Cubase SX3 handle Acid files?

AFAIK, SX imports acid files and plays them at the current project tempo, while preserving the original key of the wave file.
It does not however change the pitch to match the rest of the music.

Thanks. I guess that is why Rewire comes in handy. I guess I can always run Acid 6 through Cubase if I go that direction.
All I need to be happy is one more VSTi.
