I note that Image-Line have started an official forum...

to support their new Juice-Pack, which is a collection of FX from FL Studio, and some yet to come :)

$100 for eleven plugins. Not a bad deal all in all. If Edison is as good and useful as I hope it will be, it'd be worth it just to get it and the vocoder. Off to demo.

I think Edison is going to be a huge hit. Hats off to gol! :)

After having demo'ed it a little, there's a few things that'll need refinement, but I could see Edison becoming my new best friend.

depending on discount applied for having 90% of all IL stuff, I may get this too. I am confused about edison though.. it is a wave editor VST plugin? :?:

v2.x beta of wave editor on looptalk != edison? :?:

It's a wave editor that exists as a VST plugin (in your Effects chain). You can choose to load samples from disk or record whatever signal is in the FX chain.

The idea is that you use it as a work-space within your project. You can easily grab sounds, manipulate them and re-save them to your project.

I don't get how much of this is stuff we already have...
If every KVR member wrote one review a year we'd have 1340 reviews each day!

ahh like tapeit2 or voxengo recorder except WAV editing built in too? that is indeed the shit! :D

If edison is 1/2 as good as ezeditor, it's going to instantly become a classic. damn more stuff to buy... :(

So what be the upgrade price for FLS XXL owners??

And most importantly... will they work properly in other hosts with function and saving presets or in the ass-backwards bu-fu way their other VSTs run (like Sytrus saving to native FLS format but not being able to re-load that format)??

If that's the case then it only confirms what I wrote here:

IL WaveShaper.dll is ignored/marked as invalid by Tracktion 2. Just a FYI. Using the latest JuicePack demo I downloaded last night. Did a full rescan (it clears and rescans everything like FL does with the comprehensive scan) and waveshaper is in the "ignore/exclude list".

The FL version of Edison will be included with the next version of FL Studio (don't ask when). So you won't have to pay for that if you just want to use it in FL.
No worries if you want it just in FL, tho you will need to buy it for other hosts.

I've added the JuicePack to the products that contribute to the reduction
but I can't gurantee that this will remain the case as the reduction scheme
got out of control with the introduction of XXL.
