East West has a clearout sell and Quantum Leap Brass in AKAI s5000 format is sold for 20$ (shipping cost me another 20).
Don't know if they have any left, but def worth a try as it's quite a steal.

I ordered one, hopefully not too late.

CM did a brass special if you have some of their old CD's lying around, not sure what the quality was like, but they were all wav files.

Yeah I caved in today even though my visa is way overboard these days. The only part that bothers me about the process is the crazy shipping fee. It will be a while before I can even access the samples but at least I'll have the collection handy for the future. You can never get enough horns!

They charged you 22$ too? bastards.
I thought it was outragous for a trans-atlantic shipment, but from the U.S to Canada?

But it's a bargain anywaym and right on time too, as we're in the process of getting some serious samples to replace the freebies we used (got Solo Strings as well, and BFD is on its way :D )

Yeah Canadians are not spared the wrath of SO on this one either. But i'm not complaining too much since for just over a hundred dollars I have Percussive Adventures, Public Enemy and now this QL Brass.
