Hi,

Every now and then I get an error message in cubase , it tells me that an error accured and to look in the log file ,
In the log file I see access violation error.
I suspect that one of my plugins is responsible for this ,
My question is how can I find out which one I should fix.

Can any one tell me how can I debug it and trace the problem ?

Regards,
Sid

It will list which DLL has the problem. Hopefully, it'll list which plugin. If it only lists cubase.dll, then good luck.

Hi , thanks for answering,

But I only have the cubase.log , and no plugin is written there only all sort of stak info and registers ...

Is there away to check the plugins adresses in the memory ?

Post the portion of the crash in the logs here. Memory dumps are for coders. If ya ain't one, good luck figuring it out.

Darn, no love here. Typically if it's a plugin, it'll list which DLL is the problem child. Since it only shows Cubasesx3.exe, no telling.
