Actually, I asked one of my professor's what Google was, and he told me he wasn't 100% sure but it sounded like a mythical creature that feasts on lemmings in the south region of Austrailia. Having three tails, one monkey and the other two goat, it's feared much more than the Koala. It has been the topic of hundreds of folk-tales in the region for centuries.

Google prolly shares a mid-English stem with the Dutch verb "goochel", which means 'to perform magic tricks'. Like, pulling a bunny out of a Wusikstation.

You guys think you are so damned smart!! Bobby Yarrow asked a perfectly reasonable question about Neodynium and all you can do is crap on about Google. If you've got nothing better to do why don't you just go out and play with your skateboards. You've obviously got no interest in making music .
For those still interested (if they haven't fled to the hills or lost the will to live ) I have to agree with Bobby . It's a great and unique compressor and certainly has a different approach by using what they call "compression zones" Each zone (up to four of them are available) allows you individually configurable attack, release and ratio. You can then specify how the ranges of your audio levels are compressed which is represented by a very nice GUI .I bought it recently at a special price $89 instead of $159. This was based purely on the fact that I'd subscribed to their mailing list. It's the first time I've bought a product from Elemental Audio so I'm very happy .It seems this offer is still available but whether it will be offered to new subscribers I'm not sure.

Hey, you know how it works: you have a bit of fun until someone pipes in and gets the thread back on course. I think it was pretty good-natured.Kraznet wrote:You guys think you are so damned smart!! Anyway, Neodynium is indeed a great device from a great company. Unfortunately, it makes no sense to me, so I couldn't part with $150 to get confused by it. I do however own and religiously use Eqium and Firium, two god-like plugins.
