I have gone too far and moved my dongle to another slot for convenience. How do I now get CSR to work. Or am I banned from even touching the dongle? Please help me get my plugin working. Thanks in advance.

Its stopped working in a different USB port? Strange, that shouldnt happen. It should (at worst) reinstall the drivers.
(Although I have noticed my iLok doesnt play well with the external USB hub on that machine)

Thanks for the reply. I did click no to the reinstall of drivers. I thought it would just ask me to reselect it or something. Thanks for the prompt in the right direction.

most usb devices need installing "per port" unfortunatelly.
On the P.C you just go into device manager and if you see an explanation mark on your usb device, simply right click and select "update Driver"

Yup. Its 'smart' <cough> enough to find the drivers you'll already have installed, but not, for some reason, 'smart' enough to do it automatically. Sigh.woodster wrote:most usb devices need installing "per port" unfortunatelly.
