is there a 808 drum machine vst plugin for fruity loops anyone know?

I don't usualy bother with VSTs if I'm going for an 808 type sound. I like to make my own with either DrumSynth or Stomper and seeing as an 808 is a completely synthisized sound anyway both are pretty good at making an 808. Of course you'll need a sampler but seeing as you use FL you're already probably in good shape.
Another option is to find a good kick sample and layer a 60Hz sine wave under it.

Apart from the kickdrum, which is pretty 909ish, the CM 505 is a nice 808oid. Oh, and Rebirth, of course, but that's no VSTi.
