FreeAmpSE update 1.5 what do you want?

agree 100% with you there. I think if you use CTRL in combination it can work opposite in most SE controls, ?Mr. Tingle wrote:keep verb and delay in, this way you can get some instant fx presets that can inspire.

To have the option to choose which method would of course be the best.
if possible I think it should be default to what you say though -- linear, not circular.

AFAIK FreeAmp uses the "linear knob movement" method ...
This should be capability of the VstHost. Plugin like Luxonix's LFX-1310 depends on the Host Setting for Linear/Circular movement...Mr. Tingle wrote:To have the option to choose which method would of course be the best.

My host has a default, global setting - but I think plugins that use their own settings override it; otherwise all my VSTs would act them same, and they don't. Luckily, 90% of VSTs are linear.asseca wrote:Mr. Tingle wrote:In terms of rotary knob control with the mouse, I'd like to say that i much prefer the 'click the knob and move mouse vertical up or down' to rotate the knob clockwise or anti-clockwise. Hello All
Ok! Grymmjack got your mail and seen the layout here
If size is not a problem for others I really do like the fact that everything is visable at once?
The eq can be changed just will take a bit longer for the layout part of it, but not a problem.
One thing mentioned is a flanger? Yes there will be one! that is the next project for me (I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I know I can
)
Also there will be a Synth setup(to cover the slowgear asked for) using the guitar\amp for the oscillator! But I think that could be worked out as a paged panel under the pedals?
One other thing is the phaser, chorus, flanger and echo will need an extra switch to make them able to be pre or post amp.
Ok I'll quit yacking for now
Have to contact asseca to have him move FreeAmpSE v1.5 to the full site
As soon as I hear from him that it is done I will post the release of the new version
And thanks for the help! keep the ideas coming
Peace

Seconded. And I have to say that I personally don't care if it takes up the whole screen or not. I have GR2 and it's pretty damn big as well. As long as she sounds good that's all that matters.tmoons007 wrote:Fretted Synth, the world needs more developers like you and grymmjack. Kudos.

If you mean making stompoxes with unseen shapes (even just going away from the usual Boss pedals shape would be ok), it's cool.grymmjack wrote:The pedals will be unlike (hopefully if I can pull it off) any pedal you've ever seen in some ways (atleast to my knowledge).

*few* Glad the EQ is ok. The extra buttons for each pedal will be added and the flanger will go wear?FrettedSynth wrote:Hello All

Oh, no it's not that, it's different though. You'll see eventually what I mean. Keeping it a surprisewaiting man wrote:this onegrymmjack wrote:which idea?waiting man wrote:I like the idea of grymmjack's pedals.

If I have to wear a flanger like some kind of "Bling" medallion, I'm not using it!FrettedSynth wrote:
