F8 for windows?

I can't think of anything on windows with that sort of functionality (not even Spektral delay). Anyone know of anything? Maybe something could be put together on Reaktor with the new envelope tools?

On reflection maybe using Absynth as an effect could produce a similar effect. I keep forgetting that I can do that now
