Recently tested the Camel space demo and liked it very much, just wondered what if any alternatives there are, i remember playing around with Opcode fusion plugs years ago but this company is dead now ?

Reaktor , eXT or Bidule and the likes (obviously).
But I have to admit, Camelspace in its closeness is a very handy util and quick to build a preset bank.
But not to forget , the Scuzzphut series of gate/delay plugins deserve a mention as well, they could have well been the source of inspiration to Camelspace after all.

Congrats 
, you just missed a group buy on one of the coolest competitors of Camel Space: Filterbank2. But even at full price (59$) it's a great product.
Shapeshifter, Ronin, and Metallurgy may be other toys you need to try.

DB Audio QuantumFX would be my 1st thought alternative for a complete multiFX solution. But...it's a far more complete alternative than you may want - in terms of price and complexity.

You could also try Tone2 Filterbank2 which is also a great FX in this class.

Feel free to ask questions on the Camel forum, if there's anything you want to know about it, or PM Tim.CamelSpace came about as a result of several peoples influences - but Tim Conrardy and Scuzzphut especially pushed me in this direction. From time to time me and Scuzzphut go for a pint, since he lives quite nearby - and on one of those occassions he made the point that people could do with a more sophisticated gate, and encouraged me to build one. So you are indeed right that he influenced it.But not to forget , the Scuzzphut series of gate/delay plugins deserve a mention as well, they could have well been the source of inspiration to Camelspace after all.

Cool sig! Whilst I am unable to get rid of the car, owing to not having one - I do indeed have a bicycle which I use a lot (Its just a shame how many idiotic car drivers there are out there who don't give a cyclists enough space, etc ... grrrr).
