Hey! I didnt quite understand what this thing does, but I dont have the time to experience, so I ask my questions:
Does this huskervu thing make me able to use my single BCF2000 as a mackie controller, without being in Mackie Emulation mode?

Yes thats it! Huskervu is only a emulated LCD Mackie Display. My Config is for a combination of BCF and BCR. So that you can change 16 Channels without using "Shift-Functions".
But I can write a SYSEX for you that you can use your BCR as MackieControl with Huskervu.

Ive only have the BCF2000. No BCR.. I wouldnt buy the BCR, not because I dont like it, but i dont have any more space to put it.
I would like to use my BCF in the first 1 or 2 presets as a mixer. Preferably as a mackie controller, because it automaticly makes me able to tweak effects without going thru the device setup. Then the next 1-2 presets as General Remote, set up for the VSTis I use. These are my goals. The best this would be, if i could use Preset 1(and2) as Mackie Control, and I could see the actual settings on huskervus display. And I would be able to switch back and forth between Mackie control (presetn 1/2) and General Controller (preset 3/4). It would also be very cool, If the huskervu display shown me, what Im tweaking on the VSTis in Preset 3(and 4).
I dont know if I could make it clear, but If it was possible to set things up for each VSTi, and see the parameters on huskervus display would make me the happiest man on earth. There are great potetnials in this controller, but I found it rather difficult reach what I was planning to use my BCF for...
By the way: your movie works, just the resolution is so high, that It didnt really fit the screen..

@D3R1D3X yes the video was taken from my two monitors. sry
And you can't display the parameters from your vstis like you want, because Huskervu is only a emulation of the original MackieController Display. But if you choose the encoder group 2 and then the first button (top left) you can see the parameters on the display.

@Agility When does the Error appears? So i can see it is a MIDI-Problem that you have.
If you only use the BCF then it is better to use the implemented MAckieMode from the machine. But i wrote the config to use both machines in selfmade MackieMode

Oh D3R.. i read over that you only have a BCF. What I can do is to write a selfmade MackieControl-Preset for the machine like the implemented MackieMode. But then you can switch the presets. Is that what you mean? But your Presets can't be displayed on huskervu.

So the next sysex is ready
Pdf-File BCf2000-Single-Mackie
Sysex-File BCf2000-Single-Mackie
So now you can put this sysex on preset 1 from your bcf and use the other presets for your VSTis in general remote (which can't displayed)
Cheers Michel

Im stuck. I have programmed the basic VSTis of cubase, but... I want to make a preset, where the 16 buttons switch between the Generic Controller presets. For example, I made a preset for Monologue, and one for Embracer (cubase's VSTis). I opened these instuments twice. So the upper row of buttons is for Monologue 1, Embracer 1 etc... The lower row is for Monologue 2, Embracer 2 etc. Because I use about 8 VSTis I could set the thing up so that I can control 2 instances of each instrument. I wanted each of these buttons to perform 2 functions at a time, but Cubase doesnt let me use 2 commands for 1 button. I dont know why. I tried it, by adding the same control with two different names, but when I assigned the functions to the conrtoller, it only performed one of them (the first on the list..). 1 command would be switching the preset to (for example) Monologue 1, the other would be to "edit" Monologue 1. This way I could always see what Im editing in the foreground. Does anybody have an Idea, how to assign two (multiple) functions to one single control(button)?
