need help.. acid pro crash

i am installing acid pro 6 on the windows 2003 system (intel centrino laptop). then started, acid shows splash screen with status messages changing, and after the message "initializing VST instuments" acid shuts down with no error. i tried acid 5 with the same result. no result changing VST folder in the registry, uninstalling every VST or even DX plugin..nothing.

please help.
