Well it is still in development so the exact spec (or even the official product announcement) hasn't been released. But, it is a databasing and conversion tool for REX, Apple Loops and Wave. It is set up to convert REX2 to Apple Loops or Acidized waves bringing over the marker information. The meta tags from Apple Loops can be written to Acidized and visa versa. Bulk export to slices and midi in Wave format as well as the possibility of it being mapped for your favorite software sampler (take your pick- Kontakt, SampleTank, HALion, EXS, NNXT, SFZ, SF2 maybe as well). All of that plus some other things. It won't convert TO Rex2 format until Propellerheads opens that up to third party developers. But it will at least read from it. It does other things too. However, I should make sure it is understood that this is just something in development and it isn't even announced so if it comes out the way we want it then we'll let you know when, how much and everything else. Not expensive though. We want to have a series of utilities and enhancements to be able to get from www.esoundz.com to tailor it to your needs and make working with our sounds (or even any of yours from other sources) a lot easier. Big picture thinkers are we. Well, look at it this way. The deal isn't one that is going to make anyone do it without wanting it in the first place. Yeah, I agree. The only problem is re-authoring the REX2 files though. So we could batch normalize it on the way out to something else like Aiff or Wave. But, not BACK to Rex2 because it is encrypted. I mean, we ARE buddy pals with Propellerheads and I am going over to Sweden to visit so I can beg and everything. But, it is their format and they want you to buy Recycle so.... at minimum I will beg them to do batch processing in Recycle for you, me and the rest of the world!zvenx wrote:ok, can I make one request for the application?
