You need a midiinterface. (For example a midiman USB midisport 2x2). Then connect you module to the interface and the interface to the computer.
You also need a audiointerface with low latency drivers. Preferably ASIO. (For example a M-audio Audiophile). Connect the audio out to you speakers and/or headphones and you are ready to start drumming.

The Audiophile will do the MIDI interfacing as well as the audio actually.

If you truly want to replace your module, you'll also need a trigger to MIDI interface.
