confirmed, i'm seeing really sluggish preset loading/changing (watching the routing matrix update is painful!)

this is in sonar 5.2 with latest vst wrapper 4.5.3 beta

can't understand, this present changing should be easy to prog.
Maybee some other things are bad too?

Ery: yes, the straightforward implementation for presets changes is easy. But given the enormous number of parameters, curves, envs and other gizmos, it takes a lot of cpu time, causing annoying spikes. So now... computations related to preset changes are split over a number of audio processing frames.... not that easy any more, isn't it ?

Sonar 5.2. Cakewalk adaptor 4.5.2

like you said above, it's just slow.

you probably see the same thing ...when loaded and preset is chosen, all the oscillators are off and there is no sound. After a few moments, the oscillators light on and I can play. Very noticeable.

Guys - I believe the problems are fixed now.
If you installed 2.04 yesterday, please download the 2.04 update again, and extract it over your current installation.
Sorry about the inconvenience, hopefully this new build will be better.

Sorry 'Tick, more problems.

Just tried the new build. Was wondering why all the presets sound different, but then I noticed that "Bypass" in the fx section is always on.

Confirmed.

Everything else seems pretty good so far with Live 5.2 and eXT though. FX bypass is just defaulting to on.

Allright... another day, another patched version... Just download and apply the 2.04 update once more, and let me know if it's any better...

liars&lashes: yes actually, this new version had a major code overhaul - this will make it possible for me to build cool things with the rhino engine. Just stay tuned...

You could most likely sell a Rhin'o'Fex plug seperately, to people who don't necessarily need/want Rhino, but would be into having the effects as a plug for use with other things.
