Sorry for not being clear. I know how to use VSTis in FLS, but not how to use sfzbudd y in conjunction with it. Sfzbuddy accesses all of the hidden parameters of sfz, not just the ADSR functions (as far as I understand it). I'm just trying to figure out how to use it in FLStudio.

AFAIK sfz buddy is intended to be used with energyXT. Open energyXT as a channel in FLS and insert sfz buddy between Master In and sfz. Just checked the envelope and it works fine:
