Ivory problems

Sorry to bring this here, but actually after half a day of having contacted both synthogy and ilio, and having no answer I need to turn somewhere else in hope of resovling my problem:

I'm getting a 'cut off' sound from every single note from Ivory 1.5 (which I got yesterday).

My system is 2.8 GHz, 1.25 GB RAB, 2 hard disks 160 GB and 300 GB both 7200 RPM. Normally this should be sufficient, at least for the low sample keysets (with 4 or 6 layers of velocities). But no, no matter what I load I get the same error.

Release trails, effects and everything else is turned off, and the CPU does not reach more than 30%! RAM is half way filled up (680 GB), and I'm not getting a 'slow disk' error.

If not, do you have any idea for a forum dedicated to synthogy and ilio and Ivory? Cause I spent last night (I live in London) searching and couldn't find anything.

Sorry but still in trouble, after reinstalling the whole 41 GB... Any idea on where I could get help, as both ilio and synthogy are non responsive????

Am I in the wrong forum? If so do move me somewhere... please...
