Do all versions of Cubase require a dongle?

Loose the dongle, and you have to BUY all your software again (whatever licenses you kept in the lost dongle). I believe they replace a dongle only if you send them the old one back. And while waiting for the replacement, it's a good idea to go fishing or whatever you always wanted to do but never had the time! 
If you can't beat your computer at chess, try kick-boxing.
