Just built myself a new machine (AMD 4200x2, A8N-SLI, 2G Ram, XP PRO), anyway I've installed Sonik Synth 2 but Pro Tools 7.1 doesn't see it. It doesn't show up on my plug-in list on any type of track. I also have the Fxpansion Wrapper v2, it sees SS2 but says it's invalid (or maybe it's calling me an invalid )

I'm afraid I have little experience of Pro-Tools, but is your HDD formatted with NTFS, as I recently transferred my ST stuff over to a new external drive which was FAT32 formatted and ran into some problems with the file structuring, so maybe it has an alternative effect with the RTAS format, in that it doesn't appear at all - bit of a long shot, but you never know.

It is formatted with NTFS-swing and a miss.

Got it figured out. The configuration settings file was not in the same folder as the .dpm & .dpm.rsr files. Once I moved it all was good.
