Thought I might as well post a couple more recent studio shots as I've since bought a house and have a much bigger studio area now. Not particularly gear-heaven as some :hihi:, but definitely has all the cozy, retro 70's rec-room-style comforts that I love... :D

Main area, featuring computer, monitors, Big Knob, MIDI keyboard, racks, the "Guitar Zone" with various stringed-things, pedal-board, Tranzport (on mike stand - how did I ever live without this thing??) and bass amp - along with the all-important Velvet Elvis painting, lavalamp, Viking helmet and gen-yoo-wine wood paneling... ;)

Image

Facing the other end of the studio (I took over the whole lower-level "family room" of the house :D) - featuring tabla, beanbag chair, "Time Tunnel" area rug, all-important framed "The Prisoner" poster and "Regulator" style wall-clock (which I collect).
Oh, and in the white Anvil case on the left, below the old unused Roland MC-500: the soon-to-be second ARP Odyssey Scot mentioned earlier! :)

Image

Hopefully have some new toys coming in this week, so I guess I'll have to re-shoot everything again after that... :D

Har - your wood panelling is SO much nicer than mine. Any tips on maintenance?

Also, we both get to be in the "that bastard scot took our arp odyssey" club :hihi:

We actually kinda lucked out: the nice folks that we bought the house from left it in absolutely beautiful move-in condition so the paneling was already in really nice shape :).
Aside from the usual dusting and stuff, I guess the best tip from experience that I can suggest so far is: "be real careful going around corners while carrying roadcases and racks back in late at night after returning half-asleep from a gig, lest you make some damn nasty dings in the panelling where you collide that you don't discover until the next morning..." (ouch)

my guess is they would go for about $250-350, maybe 400 if the available units dry up...worth it, buy it ..... cpu cycles HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! (a good addition to any setup, great for cool ass sound live for those w/o laptops)

vI want it as a guitaR pedal actually, wicked filters(formant filter is orgasmic on fuzz guitar)
also a great vocoder with it's own sound source in addition to inputs
