Just to spread the word... Sampleremix.com have extended their latest contest for the second time because of lack of participations! I have already submitted a remix & think the song is interesting enough to spend time on it. It's free to participate, you can win prizes & some of the entry will be release on a cd! How about that? Here's the link:

It was announce here in KvR a couple of months ago. But there's plenty of remix contest over the web. My advice would be to look on music forums like kvr (each month in the music cafe), synthvox, acidplanet & Kara-Moon (currently one remix contest running).pschelfh wrote:Thanks for the tip !![]()
How do you guys find these sites ?
When I look for remix contests via Google, I mostly find contests that have already ended.![]()

They really need to pep that site up a bit. It barely looks like a website at all, looks more like some kinda crack site, the links are tiny and the layout hard to read. Not very encouraging for participants.

Your talking about the Sampleremix.com website? If so, yes, not the most beautiful, but that's the music that counts!bduffy wrote:They really need to pep that site up a bit. Oh, always. I'm just wondering if the odd design might turn some people away. I'll gladly offer to help clean it up when I'm done my website - it's great of them to host it in the first place.SampleScience wrote:Your talking about the Sampleremix.com website? I finished my mix, submitted it to them. I'll provide a link for it if they can't.
