What effects do Envelope Control?

I'm just curious if the amazing Dominion is the only VST effect that offers Envelope Control. I find this feature very very useful (with drums especially) and it would be cool to try some other VSTs too.

Dominion... are you refering to it's ability to process transients?
If so, I believe that Waves Trans-X, Endorphin, Voxengo Transmodder and perhaps one or two others do this, though from what I've read they approach the process in different ways.

Yes I mean the way Dominion uses envelope followers to let you alter the volume of peaks and sustains. It really is a great alternative or complement to compressing. Super useful on individual tracks when mixing!
Endorphin you say. I thought that was a compressor. Have to check it out!

it isn't, of course. my Envelope-Designer does it too
