I'm sure that you could have used a certified check or money transfer or similar. Pretty sure Tick doesn't make it a policy to refuse paying customers.

I am sure I could of too, he seems like a very very nice chap actually, I was just advising the original poster. I didn't pursue, or ask, for any of the alternatives you point out simply because I had the money in the pp account at that time, and that is my 'piggy bank' for software purchases, that's all . And last time I checked (for something unrelated entirely), a money transfer was going to cost me around 30 euros for a 40 euro payment!
