This is interesting....

I always loved this song, and I knew it was a massive attack song, but I always was curious who did the vocals for it. Turns out it was Elizabeth Fraser from the Cocteau Twins.

Live version isn't as good but I would have never known if not for YouTube....

I don't know if it is youtube goodness as someone else said but I had no idea she did the vocals on this.

My Bloody Valentine, turned my head from punk guitar to more electronica....

These two songs in particular have always just tranced me out:

Like someone else said with keepvid I wouldn't be surprised if youtube "vanished" in a year or so. :x :-o

RIP Black Tom and Beckett. They weren't just cats, they were MY cats, the best cats ever.

You won't believe HOW often we saw this, along with 200 motels, back in the days when we've all been stoners.

I like Massive Attack a LOT - but apart from that, yes, her voice is freaking giving me shivers.
A gazillion times better than all that wannabe soulstar or RnB "oooohhh yeah" stuff that I'm really getting sick of (funny thing, as I loved such stuff to death in my earlier years...).

If you're lucky, you can understand about one word in a 100 she sings, but her voice is so good  it doesn't matter somehow. Every time I hear a Cocteau track, I stop dead and listen.
