You know, a little simple competition.
Like which one?
Inspector XL.
I hope you will be able to consider what we are working on to be reasonably priced ;)

If the price is inline with your other products, certainly most reasonable and you have a customer with me :tu:

Oh, and did I mention: WOW!
No, that wasn't me.

A press release from Harmony Central:
http://news.harmony-central.com/Newp/20 ... g-Ins.html
I thought this was ironic:
"Building on nearly four decades of active involvement with the record business, the genius of Roger Nichols needs no introduction. Having worked with the crème de la crème of the world's most successful artists - and picking up seven Grammy® Awards in the process - Roger Nichols knows of what he speaks. :hihi: And that proven hands-on experience is now available to all DAW users in the form of five truly scintillating plug-ins, plus a freebie."

That last sentence amounts to a slap in the face to the developers at Elemental Audio. Roger Nichols' experience did not play any part in the development of these plugins, and most of the computer recording community knows it.

They were co-developed. EA researched, developed and coded the plugins, and Roger came up with the names and got someone to make a logo for them... (no doubt with Logo-izer V2...)

Do you have an ETA and price on this?
No, that wasn't me.

Thanks for the interest:

The final price will be $69

We are about to launch the next round of beta testing (GUI implementation), probably in the next few days.

It is our policy to fully beta test both privately and publicly before releasing products for sale.

We expect to start posting private beta release candidates during august this year and expect that this process will take about a month.

In the mean time you can check the proposed release spec here :) : http://www.nugenaudio.com/visualizer.html

Thanks,

Jon

p.s. To avoid another flood of emails, we do intend to release 'compact' and 'large' versions, so everyone should be happy!

Post

Thanks for the info Jon. If I may give a suggestion, since we're talking metering and visualisation software maybe a few screenshots (bigger and more detailed than what's up) would be nice; especially since I missed the opportunity to try it has when I got around to install beta 3 it was already passed its working date.
No, that wasn't me.

Sorry for the delay, here is a screen shot:

 Speaking of doing research, maybe you should take a look at the thread you posted in and note that the talking (shit or otherwise) stopped two years ago, around about the time Saint Roger the Rogered still thought Mr. Fabricator was a swell fella.

I still use my Elemental Audio plugins. They're still awesome, after all these years.
Surely there must be consensus by now...
