This must be an elaborate joke, like Babya. That press release.. I'm saving it for future generations: "This is how I tried to assfuck the PTHD userbase" - Roger Nichols

What is implemented in that package? Games, pictures from his holiday...?
i bet you he bloated the downloads of all the products to include time-locked demos fo the other products.

Nope, I downloaded it and looked. I still can't work out why his version is 77megs and the EA download was 18 megs.

Maybe it's the iLok stuff... :nutter:

A few years back at the AES show in LA, I spotted RN and his entourage of Fanboys as he flitted about the booths. I told my wife, "Hey there's Roger Nicholls, Let's Go see what he's up to..." We followed him over to the Yamaha booth, where he took over the show and held a rapt audience in awe as he spoke about the Amazing quality of the digital boards and how he especially recommended the EQs in them. I thought that was odd because RN cut most of his legacy on SSL boards etc... Oh well. We moved on. Later in the afternoon, We spotted our man RN holding yet another impromptu endorsement lecture of the Alesis Masterlink and how he owns one and so forth... I thought that here was a man who had access to every manner of mastering equipment possible, why would he be messing around with a Masterlink when he can just dump his stuff on the NAS server at WB or the Former A&M... oh well...
Still later, we spotted The Great One and Entourage at Ted Fletcher's Joe Meek booth. Roger and Ted exchanged howdy-doos, and Roger paused to look over the green boxes in the rack and made a nice comment about the SC2 then moved on. Ted looked annoyed as RN left his area and then turned his attention to me and My wife and smiled. Honestly, for a moment, I could swear I thought Ted murmured "wanker" under his breath...

I looked for a couple of plugins I heard he was making and I couldn't find them! Do you know if he's still working on these?

Sodom-izer
Womble-izer
Crapa-lizer

I need these for my tunes.. :help:
Bandcamp: https://suitcaseoflizards.bandcamp.com/
Linux Mint, Waveform 13 Pro, U-He synths, Audio Damage effects,.

Apparently he didn't use his first choice of plug names ...

"This will make your song so much better - izer"

"A lot of money but you can afford it - izer"

and the real star of the package ...

"Emperor's new clothes - izer"

http://chrisamusic.bandcamp.com/
"It's square to be hip"

I really dig the organic sound (but not smell!) of Fertil-izer. Adds nutrients to those dirty guitar and Hammond tracks.

Post

i think that the source of this problem is that when he was testing one of his own, obviously outstanding plugins he (ha!) accidentally compiled the Victor-Kyam-izer instead which leads us to this mess!

The Plug-in Prayer

Dear Plug-in, There is a Plugalizer-shaped hole that can only be filled by you.
How I long for the street cred of your partials and parcels as they fall on me data-laden ears.
My fish longs for the gimble-lock of your immaculate grid. Fish. Fish. Fish.

Amen
