 2.69MB  I had hopes it would shrink from its 1.5MB current size  That is one beast of UI you made there sir :) I guess I can't blame it all on you though, I just can't stop adding new stuff. The synth is getting bigger and and and and I just can't stop :hihi:

Kickass!! I met my wife the old fashioned way...in a bar at one
of my gigs....sometimes it helps bein' the lead singer..he..he.. :D
Seriously excellent tunes Rick!! The mellower stuff was really dreamy
and trippy....just my cup o' tea...rather Floydian, you must be
a fan yes? Turning point threw me for a bit of a loop,(pardon the
pun), not what I expected after the other tunes. But then I again
I do good bit that sort of thing myself...not what I prefer to
listen to but fun as hell to make. Oh...cute doggers too!! :)

hey grymmjack - those photos of ur studio are cool - its great to see how its evolved over time from mountains of gear to a sleek, streamlined music machine.

all hail vst! im glad i got into music at the stage where vst was stable - so i didnt have to lust over gear i could just get some vsts and get stuck in :)

nice songs also....and woa that is great how u are marrying this person u impressed with that photo

definitely the little project studio i have now is much more ideal but was really only possible once i got a faster computer and such. and in defense of the hardware that i've owned in the past but got rid of in favor of doing it all on the PC, i never had any experience with it and had to teach myself everything about it - which meant that 90% of what i learned was probably wrong and thus the results i got out of that stuff was probably not as intended. ah well, chalk it up to experience :)

the pic was one of a few, in the others i was smiling and not pretending to be so hardcore. now i look the same but slightly different (older and have a beard/mustache) and she still loves me so :) yay!

i was dating around 9 or 10 girls at one time through an internet dating service (2 or 3 were attractive, the others were FRIGHTENING) trying to find 'the one', it was just dumb luck i stumbled onto her ad and we hit it off. the rest is history :) one thing -- if anyone is looking on the internet for women, be prepared for a very diverse assortment of responses and all walks (and sometimes limps) of life.. :) one girl i dated a single time was so insecure and so messed up she ruined her chances by simply droning incessantly about how i didn't like her very much and she wasn't that pretty and blaaaaaaaa...but seriously i highly recommend trying internet dating. it's alot of fun and you can get to know someone at your own pace and all that. i gave up on the bar/club scene because typically the women there are not my type.

oh yeah also matt, not pictured are the 6 guitars i own and some other junk. and since those pics were taken i've removed the us428 from the mix and put it in the closet along with the oxygen8 -- these just used up space and because of the space limitation i have i had to make some hard choices. since putting the xp60 directly in front of me and building a shelf to slide it under, i've had much more spontaneous musical fun :) i still have to stain the shelf but it allows perfect workflow with the big 61 key synth acting as a midi controller/sequencer/soundsource, and i dont have to turn my body to get to it and can still look at the screen as i play/edit/whatever.

yep, spent alot of money and learned alot of lessons over the years. now i'm almost ready to start really seriously getting back into making music having chosen my virtual instruments after months of evaluation and consideration. still have to buy a few things but almost there now. next on the list is a pair of beyer dynamic dt770 headphones - they are the most comfortable i've ever tried! fuzzy ear muffs that cover my entire ear including the top and bottom and do not cause any physical pain while wearing eyeglasses like my current pair of technics! cant wait actually!

Yeh! Not too big of a file, the thing that threw me is my project file was much bigger then yours, But I forgot that I still had a bunch of .bmp files in there so they got compressed by SE on VST export! now that they are all .png files no compression happens on export. BTW when you hear the new synth setup I think you will be happy I did not quit adding :D
And yep! the new UI workflow is much more easy, Should have a copy to you by the weekend to start checking my graphics implementation and hope to have it out to all next week sometime? Going away friday with the family for a long holiday weekend will return on the 5th.

@bill fusion - Thanks I am glad you are enjoying the plugins :) FreeAmp2 was a bit bigger project then I had anticipated, But I made it through :D
