You lucky KVR people don't have to wait till then though....you can check out the new, full bank AND the gorgeous new skin right now!!! So go go go!!! Check it out HERE, at the bottom of the page.

Oh, and let me know what you think of the presets. :P

Yeah, I really meant to get it out sooner...but I was so pissed off when I deleted it that I had to let it sit for a week or so...then I got busy with other projects...and so here we are. :P

OK Guys.....the new release is....well...Released! Check the first post in this thread please. :)

besides using it in just about all EP applications I need, I use LazySnake as my "sketch pad" synth. Love the skin, but WOW! these are really great presets! Glad someone else likes it enough to do such wonderful bank as this :D
Execellent work, Frank!

Wow, thanx BlortBlort! :D

I love all of Andreas' work...from Iblit to LazySnake. Great coder, that guy. I just remember people being a bit turned off by this instrument, and, after downloading it and playing with it a bit myself, I figured at least half of those people's reactions were most likely due to the factory presets and initial skin. So we made new ones. :) Glad you'll be able to get some use out of them! :)

dude- I LIKE the factory presets because they DO sound so different from the other EP's out there AND if you are slathering all sorts of fx on top (as I'm likely to do ) cpu hit is more important that what the source of the EP sound is! Point is, I'd sort of taken the thing "as is" ...kinda for granted. your sounds show that this little dealie has some depth as well as a low cpu hit

Well done Frank! :D

This is WaY cool! Get back to you later with a report mate ;)

Cheers & Best,

Oh no, my apologies...I didn't mean to say that they were at all bad...They just were very different from what people usually expect to hear form an EP synth. It's definitely got depth though...A small amount of these presets are recreations of presets from Loung Lizard...and I have to say, in my opinion, they get pretty damn close, if not 1:1.

Hey thanx xander! Looking forward to hearing your reactions. Where the hell ya been by the way? Haven't done any mastering for you lately. ;)

Been here and there ;)

I haven't done anything recently that deserves your skills mate :) But I am doing a remix of 'I Must Remember', and if you'd care to master it again as you did the original, that would be awesome! :hyper:

Cheers,
Alex

+1 for that!
I really dug that one for both of your work...a remix under the same influences would be more than appropriate 8)

Wow thanks blortblort! :D

This is Frank's most recent mastering of it:

I Must Remember

**Mind you, he was working with my rather horrible mix, so he actually worked a bloody miracle!** :hihi:

mmm...excellent song. Still gives me the creeps though. Really dark industrial type stuff. Excellent either way. :D
