I think it would be great for there to be a non Digi run RTAS info/news freeware site. How about here

I think you can count the number of non-Digi freeware RTAS plugs on one hand. I don't speak for this site, but I don't think there would be any issue with you posting any info you find here. It's not really discouraged, but being a more closed format that is available for only one host, it is also less popular in the grand scope of the prosumer DAW market.
