Having taken a quick look through the info text file, I couldn't see any mention of multiprocessor support...I presume it is still lacking this facility (which lessens my enthusiasm somewhat)?

Also, has the price gone up again? I could have sworn it was $199 a month or two back (or else I'm imagining things! :))

It was already working in the beta for a while, but it requires some work before public release. Maybe next minor (free) upgrade for v7 will contain it.

I seem to recall that it was available for $199 as a download whilst there were no boxed sets available. I guess they were waiting for V7 before restocking.

Ah...that's good to know. It's a pretty essential feature (for me anyway) for a host to use the extra processors available to it...will check out the demo and see how the workflow changes are.

I thought so...I guess Synapse can't sell the download version cheaper than the boxed version for obvious reasons.

Downloading mine now too :)

I am talking about my M-Audio keyboard and it will send the midi signal into Orion from these buttons. Orion just needs to know how to interpret them. They really come in handy when you are practising your part and then can just reach up a few inches to the buttons and hit record when ready. I use this in Sonar all the time.
There is no way to do this at all right now in Orion from my investigations, yet so many midi controllers have the buttons nowadays.
From what i understand Orion would need to have an MMC mode (Like Sonar) or maybe even a right click the transport and get the usual assign to next controller option.

OHHHHHHHH..

You just have to use quicktime, bad result garanteed.
No, that wasn't me.

The sequencing is completely unchanged, it just looks prettier.

And the installation of reapers fits in 1 MB. :p
