Guys is there a plug in that can show me the current eq of a sound then have say a recomended frequency output...I know i am not decribing this very well.
Say i have a synth bass, i want to analyse to see the q levels and then have an over lay to show a recomended setting to adjust the eq to.
In other words my bass sucks the effect shows where to tweek the sound.

...so you are looking for a plugin that tells you exactly where you instrument sounds poor. You already have it, it's a skull plugin called your brain. 
Seriously though, it's really all subjective... to what YOU decide sounds good or not. The best you can do is get signal monitoring plugins like everyone else has. No plugin will tell you where to add or remove Q, or a notch.
There are some great freebies like Inspector, SPAN and Sonogram. Try and make use of them. Once you learn how to use them, you won't look for this plugin anymore....
