I would like to see in FL any of the following
1. One (or two) more Send channels.
2. The ability to FULLY trun any channel into a send channel using the Send plugin.
3. A native Senderella type audio routing plugin.
This thread has a short discussion why:

Do you really want to know what's missing for me in FL Studio?
You may have to find your way through an unusually long list.
(I can't even fit it in one post)
Do you still want to see the list? You'll be overwhelmed just by looking at it..

(it's somewhat similar to the REAPER one,but even longer)

Here's a tiny sample:
- 8 times more horizontal zoom in the piano roll, and 1/8 and 1/16 step/beat grid for it.Essential for drawing tight drum sequences in the piano roll.

You can paint in the playlist window! Just switch from the pencil tool to the paintbrush tool at the top and there you go.
By the way a flexible grid would be nice. and the mixer feels a bit clumsy now, still can't get mute and solo's to perform like they used to, for example when soloing the sends.

How about if the sound quality ouput was increased, it seems to me that programs like Cubase and the like have a slightly higher sound quality overall.

I have had Cubase SX3 and FL6 and the sound quality is the same to me.NotTHeCommonDose wrote:How about if the sound quality ouput was increased, it seems to me that programs like Cubase and the like have a slightly higher sound quality overall.
Ableton Live could use some help. IMO.

Haha, but seriously, I'm certain the dark (ish) interface affects the perception of sound. I remember thinking for ages that Orion sounded better with identical VSTs, but it turns out the brighter GUI was just making me think it was clearer. Had to render out to prove it to myself.
+1 for increased zoom in FL Studio, I know people say it's related to the PPQ, but the zoom really doesn't go far enough.

I have both and i can't agree with you. Audio quality is about same. Maybe you should work on improving your mixing skills.riley4reason wrote:I have had Cubase SX3 and FL6 and the sound quality is the same to me.NotTHeCommonDose wrote:How about if the sound quality ouput was increased, it seems to me that programs like Cubase and the like have a slightly higher sound quality overall.

Since FL is evolved from a drum machine, how about a freakin' drum-roll/flam/ghost-note generator. The ones I make sound great but every time I make some it seems like there's got to be a better way to do this, as I am no drummer.
Like tom fills... don't use em all the time but I'm pretty sure that just about every rock song has them. Nothing could possibly save me more time than a drum wizard!
I guess it's because I don't make the 1/1 techno beat

..very simply: a way for a mixer channel to show what other mixer channels are routed to it. Just like you can
show what sequencer channels are routed to a single mixer channel.
