Does anyone use this plugin. I have it and like it a lot. At present I am saving presets by screen capture and saving to a jpg because there is no preset save feature in the standalone version. I recieved email saying preset save will be implemented in next release but that was several months ago. I sent another email regarding this 12 days ago with no word since then. Anyone have any inside information on plans for this plugin?

I tried it,loved it, and bought it. Definitely has its own sound.I'm not a guitar player tho, I only play virtual instruments like string studio by AAS.I bought Aura pro at introductory discount so it was a steal for me.

Same here. And I use it for guitar. I really like the sound of it. Especially clean and crunch styles. I wish they would do an update. Irfanview should not be part of a preset management systemsounddesigner wrote:I bought Aura pro at introductory discount so it was a steal for me.

I think there was one update for aura pro but i don't remember what bugs where fixed. Db-audioware is a bit slow on updates and upgrades from my experience, but when they come there are usually great improvements made and or many new features added (like QFX 2).Their a great company with quality products that many are sleeping on. Aura pro sounds unique in a very good way and can be used on a lot of different instruments, vocals, and other sounds.

I bought it as well, and use it sometimes.Unfortunate that it eats cpu a lot.and there is no UB out yet.
But the sound is really good imo.
Right now i use Logics amp sim, combined with GR stomp boxes.

I use Aura Pro, but only for the clean sounds. It just makes too much hiss with the overdrive on, and that's really annoying on sustained notes. It's heavy on CPU too, so I usually record clean first, then put AP on the track, get the sound I want and render.
Coffee please, black, no sugar.
