Dune delay is not your standard delay, you can choose the amount of bounces there is in the delay and blend from the input audio to the delayed audio. You can control the shape of the delay so you can have the standard fading out delay or building delays. There are 10 delay shape to choose from and also other built in features such as gate effects for both left and right channels, a reverb, a filter, pan and volume controls.

Features -

Control over bounce amount
Delay strength mix
Control over delay shape (10 Modes)
Left and right gate effects
A reverb effect
A SVF filter
Standard controls
Load and save settings
Unlimited Updates

Dune delay is available here for $5.99 -

I should also probably add there is a standard License Agreement, so you cannot resell the effects ect :)

Check the main page of my site to read it -

Well, let us know when you've got some up! :D The plugin looks
very good, the price is certainly reasonable, but with all
the very good freeware plugins available, many of us can't
justify buying a plugin without hearing it first.

BTW....is this plugin hand coded or made in Synthedit?

Ok made a few sound examples on a single drum hit -

DD_01 = Normal Drum Hit (Not effected)
DD_02 = Mode 2 (Fade Out)
DD_03 = Mode 3 (Fade In)
DD_04 = Mode 9 (Valley) With shorter delay space time set
DD_05 = Mode 8 (Fade Out 2) With slight gating, filtered and reverb plus more space between delays set
BTW....is this plugin hand coded or made in Synthedit?

----Looks more like SynthMaker than SynthEdit to me. What's the cpu usage like on a P4 2Ghz or so machine ?

It does'nt sound bad, but given the fact that it's made
in Synthmaker and the fact that there are several FREE
plugins that cover the same ground. I cannot see buying
it...but that just me. In any case, good luck with it.

Thanks, i guess the fact that it's SynthMaker does put some people off but thats one of the main reasons the price is so low and also the fact i make music myself and don't like paying $100-$200 for synths all the time, i do need to make money to live though like a lot of people which is why there is a basic cost. On my dell the CPU is about 4.9 - 5.2 but i will be updating the delay so the CPU will get much better over time.

----Well, the only real concerns about Synthmaker are the same as the usual suspects about S.E., and add stability in the case of SynthMaker since it's newer and not quite road proven yet. On the other hand, perhaps SynthMaker can pick right up where S.E. has gotten to in some cases, and people will be able to sell their creations, and let the marketplace decide what is worth money and what is not. It still doesn't take all that much for me to reach for my wallet, if it sounds good, runs in FL Studio without a ton of cpu usage or crashes, and is not exactly like something I've heard 10,000 times already :)

Synthmaker is getting better all the time and the devs fix basically every bug there :) As for how it sounds i guess similar to other delays but most are, it is however different to control in that you can choose how much space there is between each delay, the bounce amount and the shape of it ect. :D

----Well, I'm certainly ready to embrace SynthMaker creations if they are as good or better than the top S.E. stuff :) Let us know when you have a demo up, it sounds like it's design is maybe closer to the GRM Delay plug than a standard type delay, and for $5.99 that'd be a bargain.
