Is this a known problem. I set up a preset. Save it. I can see the f**ker there in the folder but the preset menu refuses to see it so I can't load it again. WTF???

FWIW, I have not encountered this, and I have a list of 20 or so presets that I've made which are recognized. Are you using a demo, or the full software?

Yeah, mine all show up too...you may have to do some kind of a refresh if you're looking for it without closing the plug or eben if you do...I can't remember...

Thanks for the help guys. I do have the full version and I have shut down and restarted at least 4 times. I also tried a number of ways of copying and renaming files etc but still no go.

I have just noticed though that a correct preset that shows up is an .at2p but the ones I can't see are .at2r and .at2s. I'll look in the manual and see if there is any mention of these.

Ignore me. I saved rack and stomp FX by mistake and then tried to load them in the global preset menu. A simple but crucial mistake.
