I'm excited for Tuz's song!
lately, i've been thinking a lot and i'm on the verge of losing all faith in myself. i'm pretty hopeless right now so it would truly be a miracle if i actually came up with something... nevermind something decent. i find myself to be very talentless and useless in every aspect possible. sometimes it's really hard to admit the truth and believe me i'm resisting... it's cruel and hurtful. i had to face it at some point. looks like now is the time.

I know taraf de haidouks, grrreat band (have seen them live!, the youngest was 12, the oldest 80?), but not the song...tuz wrote:thomekk wrote:...hallucinating 'bout a gypsy-rag-reggae...
if there's such a thing, taraf de haidouks' carolina is it...
Then there's this song sung by Iggy Pop from the "Arizona Dream"..

Naw -- this can't be the tuz I know. The tuz I know has done some awesome music (and some remarkable tracks with Mrs tuz too, like Gimme Shelter)... Hmmm...

Actually, for years industrial polka has been my personal codeword for European disco musicstreifentier wrote: Never step back on your original ambitions. I'd very much like to hear "Industrial Polka"!
Or ... what about "Industrial Pomp Polka"? Cheers, V.
But something along those lines may win the contest going on inside my head...I'm finding that if you just slap names together, you find that they are often, unfortunately, pretty good descriptions of existing music

Think I'll have a go at Bluegrass Dub..
And since my 'instrumental' tracks here always seem to get abysmal votes I guess I'll have to sing (ugh).
