Question about retrigger

Hi there,
i'm new to liveslice and i like it very much.
In some circumstances it's useful to play arrangements without sync, but every time a note is played all arrangements are retriggered.
Is there a way of playing arrangements without sync and without the retriggering behavior ?
Or if it's not available, is it possible to implement this simple feature in future updates ?
Thanks
Salvatore

tbh i don't really get what you mean. on the settings page you can change the settings regarding the way LS handles arrangements, just use the buttons "toggle", "manual sync" and "trigger with host".djmicron wrote:but every time a note is played all arrangements are retriggered.

hi,
i've tried from the settings menu, but, when i set up notes to be triggered in realtime (without sync and continuous play), when a key is pressed, all arrangements starts from beginning....

what host do you use? it sounds like you made something wrong regarding the routing. if you can, insert this before LS
http://www.asseca.com/nicfit/midimon.html
it shows all midi-messages and can tell you how many note-on messages reach LS.

i've done the tests using energy xt sa,
i've opened liveslice as comp without sequencers, just to use it from midi keyboard as a standard sample player.
It seems that liveslice can not play each arrangement independently from the others and all arrangements are always synchronized (i don't talk about host sync, but the internal liveslice sync) and even if the manual sync and toggle are set to off, you play an arrangement note and all playing arrangements are retriggered from the beginning.
I know that i could open more than one session of liveslice, but i hope to see this feature in future updates.

now i got what you mean.. and confirmed. this seems to be a bug.
@ohm: manual sync, hold C1 to play arrangement 1 and whenever you press a key for another arrangement, the C1 arrangement gets retriggered from 1.
