naa, that will still not work! It will screw up the reverb and have it be spinning around your speakers instead of reverberating.

Think Arts Acoustic Revreb modulation knob.

Here's nothing to do with it...but that's my first glimpse at energy and I'm wondering if I HAVE to have a midi keyboard in order to use it?

Of course not! You have the arp, midi part and sequencer components to 'click' in the notes..

Though it's most certainly a million miles from what Architeuthis may have had in mind- AND for the sake of time- I've opted to use SpinBug vs Spinner LE for this examplet(Spinner LE IS an excellent effect though; more than needed for this experiment, really)...

There are 3 versions of energyXT sequencers available; Standalone, VST and VSTi.

No keyboard needed (necessarily), but the need depends on what are you doin w/ eXT --> you can use the VST (energyXTE) as any other effect and the VSTi (energyXT) as any instrument can be used.

For now only hardware

and must be pretty expensive i think

it's all old hat. i've had a plugin called 'spinner' up for 3 or 4 years that rotates the audio on a circular path in a chamber.. verb grows louder as object nears back wall.. since i released it, someone else has done the exact same thing somewhere.. (and could do it w/ modern seps for loads less cpu)

i coded the effect from hearing 3-d audio ~95.. i've used the effect layered with 1/2 dozen other fx dozens of times, many combos

enjoy, have fun!

it's been going on for a while.
