Sonar/ Fruity Loops Freeze! Help!

What's up board. I was in the studio last night transferring Fruity Loops files into Sonar 4. This is the first time I've done this and after all files were transferred into Sonar the system kept freezing. Plenty of memory and disk space. Does it matter that I exported the tracks from fruity in 16 bit? If anyone else has had this problem please share the fix if you can. Thanks guys!

Try exporting in another format, if problems dies not, tell me for find a solution together, I had the same problem was solved using 192kb mp3 but now in fruity loops Arturia software crashes the host, maybe a problem from the same family.
