This sounds like a fairly generic funk-type rhythm guitar. If you've been trying to re-create it with a single-note, multisampled guitar I can see why you would have difficulties - programming believable strumming from a keyboard is tricky at best.

Have you looked into using sampled guitar chords? Sonic Implants have some really nice soundfonts with sampled guitar chords that can be used pretty effectively for stuff like this. Here are a couple of examples from their website:

programming the strumming sound isn't the problem.
the problem is to make the initial sample sound to sound the same.
I just can't pick the right sound or/and use the right guitar rig preset!!!

You're using Guitar Rig, but you have no actual guitar? :-o

Analogue or digital – which is better? There's only one way to find out... FI-I-IGHT!!!

This is pretty much standard funk guitar playing, someone202.

I'll be doing a batch of sessions this week anyway and will be glad to lay you out a couple of 8 bar sample of funk guitar in a mix of Detroit and New Orleans styles. I can drop the bunch as Mp3s into a zip file and put it up on my website for download. Holler back and let me know if you want the real thing and I'll let you buy me a beer the next time you're in Austin.

Heh
I love people on this forum, you are so kind and happy to help.
Thx TexasMusicForg for the offer, but I am a guitar player too, and I can recreate such rythm guitars by myself, I just curios how I can do it using the software I mantioned before (anyone here succeeded?).

Btw I still will buy you a bear, just because you are a nice guy :)
