Cubase Effect Order

Outside of running through energyXT or something like that.. is there a simple way to manage VST inserts on a track in sx3?

i.e. is it possible to do these things..

• change the order of the effects
  
  also, duplicate a plugin with the same knob settings outside of creating a preset

Another thing the pro audio companies like to do:
Implement a simple fx reordering option and give it a fancy name like "the brand new switch-traxx". That will sell.
I bet it'll be on SX4
