Why would you think this has anything to do with refusing to use the power? Try using a few instances of Rhino, Reaktor, Blue and any decent SynthEdit product in a song. Then you might be fussing about loosing 12% to a controller. :roll:

If you pay good money for computing power why would you not be upset if you cannot use it all because a controller is sucking up 12% of the power?

Just as an added bump on the positive side for Kore, I am now using it with my regular HP Pentium M laptop and it works well there too. I use it there with the Kore Audio Interface and it works with a nice low latency and sounds very nice. Just my $.02.
