Just downloaded the plugin and LOVE it. Here's my question to experienced users of supatrigga...
Say I turn it on and tweek some stuff. All of a sudden it spits out something totally inspirational, something I really like and want to use in my final product. How do I get supatrigga to 'stick' to that? Do I just turn repeat prob up to 100% then resample the phrase? It seems like that should work just fine. Im just wondering if there is an easier way?

Any other advice on using supatrigga to create a badass track? What kind of parts are you guys using this on? Mostly drums? all kinds?

Any other tips and tricks for a new user of the plugin?

Thanks in advance.

One friend of mine likes to feed suppatrigga with a phrase played by sax thus making instant jazz solos. :)

I would love to see suppatrigga expanded (not really sure how much or in what way), with it's own gui (I just like gui's). I'm constantly using it on lead synth tracks. Love it!

That's the beauty and frustration of Supatrigga: you never know when a gem is going to emerge from the chaos. I usually capture the output using Tapeit, tweaking the parameters for five minutes or so. Then I'll open the captured wave in an editor, slice out the good bits, and reimport back into my project.

LiveSlice, as R.A.W suggested, is one excellent plugin (don't own it yet, but it's on my list) which can do some supatrigga-esque mangling.

Lucifer is the reason I don't use Supatrigga anymore (it used to be on almost any track) as it can do anything Supatrigga can, but with added control. Everything can be random, sem-random or manually adjusted.

That's what I've found as well. I just purchased the full version of Lucifer last week and so far I'm loving it. You got any handy tips/tricks for using Lucifer creativley? If so you should PM 'em to me, that is if you're willing to share your tricks of the trade...

Get hold of Devine amchines LSRfree ( live sync recorder ).
Its perfect for capturing accidental loops and noises and records them as a perfect 4 or 8 bar loop. Try it an you'll see what i mean.

I used to use supatrigga, but dblue Glitch has even more controls and triggers that seem 'smoother' to me. Supatrigga ends up with some harsh discontinuities at times, but I haven't found that with Glitch.

Glitch seems more 'controllable' / repeatable so that if you find a glitch pattern it generates, you can preserve it for the future.

TapeIt is also employed here to just get it to audio then tweak some more.
