Damn, I thought I was the only one who noticed. I'm just wondering if someone could point me to a KVR thread that has stayed on topic? actually it's not that....some of us have seen so many of these threads that soon it's gets tiresome...not that there isn't any validity to the question...but a search would net quicker results as would user ratings, but even better to try the demos for ones self...so if we seem like jerks for our sarcasm it isn't meant to be offensive...a little humor is always good...because you will get some people who will be rude about hearing the same questions again and again....we wont get into the fact that there is a forum here on kvr for "what is the best"....Rednroll wrote:Damn, I thought I was the only one who noticed. You know?? I use to feel that way once, a long time ago. I use to post regularly in the Sony forums and I saw the same type of thing happening with the regulars there vs. a newbie. It really discourages the newbie and remember you where once a "newbie". Then I started to think to myself. You know, I've answered this question it seems like 100 times already. I'm going to fully answer this question one more time and then for future references I'm going to save a link. Then anytime anyone else ever asks this question, I'm going to just post the link instead of being a smart ass.

Maybe you need to consider that technique? I find it easier to just post a link to the information they're looking for as I do being a sarcastic a-hole who is getting frustrated with seeing the same question asked over and over again.

I'm just saying that sometimes maybe we all need to look a little inwards sometimes? Who is really being lazy? Is it the newbie not bothering to go thru the proper "search" engine techniques? or is it you being too lazy to answer with a complete discriptive post and saving yourself a link for future reference? I'll vote for both.
I think there is a time and place for everything, when people really need assitance I often spend considerable time and exercise extreme patience with newbies, but a sarcastic thread gets sarcastic answers...if you feel my joke makes me a sarcastic a-hole then either you don't know me very well or you need to loosen your tie some....laputa_sync wrote:i want to limit myself with the wurst host.
