I would like to share a wonderful experience recently dealing with eSoundz.
Though the details themselves are not important, through a so-called "act of God" or "freak of nature" I would have reasonably been out over $400 worth of their products which I would not have had a chance to recover or get back. As this was certainly no fault of theirs, either, I kept it to myself and just wondered, somewhat in a depressed state, how I would get what I needed to continue my projects going forward.
With more than just a bit of selfish remorse, I contacted eSoundz over the internet (via email) to describe the situation and to see what options I had if any.
Now, I must tell you that I have dealt with companies where I have spent significantly more on software libraries and have sometimes gotten a few responses ranging from apathetic to disinterested when I had a "unique situational need" to put it bluntly.
However, not only did I get a warm and understanding response, the Marketing Manager himself took it upon himself to go way beyond what would have even been GOOD service and cleared up the situation himself with his ability (and rank, I am sure) as Manager.
This made me feel wonderful but also a little guilty with all the time that he was putting in personally as Manager to get this situation worked out that, again, was NOT their fault in the least bit.
Suffice it to say, when it's time for me to make an addition to my sample-music-software collection, the first, and most probably last, place that I will be looking is at eSoundz. With a total sense of care of how their own customers feel and a willingness to go above and beyond what would even be considered "super" good service, I have no doubt, too, that any future products could be of no better quality and usability.
Thanks to all at eSoundz for having such a wonderful customer-focused attitude, instead of just the blind "profit-"focused one of at least one other company of similar product lines. The interesting thing is that I know that eSoundz WILL profit tremendously because there's no competing company that I'd rather give my own business to now.
Hats off to all those at eSoundz (and especially Jorge), and thanks again for everything. You truly did brighten my day during some unfortunate "bad weather".

Yup. They're the real deal. Which is why there's a movement afoot to get them to expand the product lines they carry so we can buy all (or at least more) of our sound gear there.
